Fresh produce; fresh ideas; fresh menu every couple of weeks. We stay motivated by developing new dishes, taking our inspiration from all around the world. With a multinational team of chefs busy rumbling in our kitchen, we have all the resources at hand to keep things creative.
We work hard to be inclusive of varying tastes, preferences and dietary requirements, while maintaining full respect for nature and its resources. We therefore have a range of dishes including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. We choose not to work with meat due to the meat industry’s negative impact on the environment.
